Voice debrief not working?
- Check microphone permission: iOS Settings → Knockoff → Microphone.
- Check speech recognition: iOS Settings → Knockoff → Speech Recognition.
- Speak clearly and include: customer name, address, what you did, hours, materials, payment.
- Example: "Mary Smith at 14 Queen Street, fixed a burst pipe, two hours labour at eighty-five per hour, one twenty in parts, paid cash."
Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew. Manage or cancel at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Data backup
Knockoff stores your jobs on your device. Back up your iPhone regularly with iCloud or a Mac. If your device is lost and not backed up, the job history is gone.

What trades does Knockoff support? Any trade that logs jobs — plumbers, electricians, builders, painters, landscapers, mechanics. The voice model is general-purpose.
Can I change the labour rate? Yes — mention it during your debrief ("my rate today is ninety-five") and Knockoff uses that rate. Otherwise it defaults to the rate in your Business Profile.
Does Knockoff sync across devices? Not in this version. Your data lives on a single device.
Can I send invoices to customers? Yes — each job can generate a PDF invoice you share via iOS (email, AirDrop, Files).
Where do follow-ups show up? On the Dashboard under "Upcoming." Mention a date or relative time during your debrief ("check back in a month") and Knockoff sets the reminder automatically.
